We do not have a minimum order. However to minimize shipping costs, you may wish to combine your orders. All orders will be shipped after confirmation of payment. If, for any reason, any items in your order are not available we will email you to let you know and you will not be charged.
Nz customer flat rate is $6.50 via courier post
International customers will be advised on shipping cost via email or telephone. We reserve the right to review your order and choose the appropriate method and carrier for shipping. In some instances, we may need to adjust the shipping charges, depending on the quantity you ordered. You will be notified of the final costs before shipping.
Please allow sufficient time for your items to be designed.
Any items returned to us due to any kind of fault will be replaced where possible with a similar product. Otherwise we will refund you the purchase price. All other returned items (e.G. Exchange of items) will be subjected to 15% restocking costs. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable. The buyer will pay for any shipping costs associated with re-shipping of exchange items
We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
You will be given a reference number after you have placed your order. We require confirmation of payment before shipping/delivery.
All orders must be paid for within 3 days.
Orders will be automatically be canceled after the 4th day of non-payment unless we are advised otherwise.
Internet banking or bank deposit can be made to our bank account.
Payments should be made to Mangonui Motel BNZ Kerikeri branch: bank account number: 0203520028840-00 or please phone us with your credit card details, we can accept mastercard, visa and american express.
All products are supplied by bead studio @ mangonui motel. They are handcrafted by intan myer using recycled materials, italian glass and readymade beads from her collections. There maybe variations in color, grain, texture or pattern from the products shown in the digital images on this site.
Prices are in nz dollars inclusive of 12.5% gst.
International customers will be billed at the currency exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Your information will not be either shared with, or sold to any third party.
